Being with the scenery as it passed by the windows on the way to California and back:
One terrain transitions into the next, always surprising with what comes next.
The moon sets, the sky is clear in Arizona.
Clouds appear as California immerses us.
Both the clouds and the windmills show the activities in the sky.
There was not only an X marking the spot, but a third line crossed it making a star.
And of course, I love seeing the desert plants, with spring blooms.
The train tracks and highway paralleled each other.
Sometimes I was catching up on the train, and other times it was going the other way.
I caught a glimpse on the horizon of why they must call the area Needles.
The San Francisco Peaks signaled that I was almost home again.
