Not to mention the effusive solar flares! We’ve been on a wild celestial ride, and there is more to come.
What does this all mean?
I am taking this as a cosmic reminder to loosen limitations, drop small thinking and motivations based in fear.
It is time to engage creativity and open to new visions based in intuition. A time to dream big! To expand in alignment with spirit!
All will flourish then, and the best is yet to come!
Annular Solar Eclipse May 20, 2012
I attended a ceremony in Red Canyon organized by Sandra Cosentino of Crossing World Journeys. She shared a video of her vision of the event which you can watch here. She explains some aspects of ceremony, and included some live shots of what we participated in. The event was hosted by Unity Center of the Valley, and led by Willkasara: Wachan, Martika, and Shiqwarken. You have to see the video to appreciate some precious moments!

Transit of Venus across the Sun June 5, 2012
Venus crossed in front of the sun, from our perspective on earth. It happened also in 2008, and this pair of occurrences last happened in 1874 and 1882 and will happen again in December 2117 and 2125. Rare, indeed, and we are privileged to experience it!
My experience was all about Venus as the feminine aspect. The feminine presence being spotlighted and honored by the all-conscious sun.
Rachael Jayne Groover says, “The feminine presence is the power of unity, connection and relationship, which weaves all of creation together.”
She describes it as magnetic, attractive, and radiant.
“At her core nature, a woman feels much more pleasure when her feminine essence is primary, and a man when his masculine essence is primary.” (from Powerful and Feminine, How to Increase Your Magnetic Presence and Attract the Attention You Want.)
I was attending a Feminine Presence class that night, the work of Rachael Jayne Groover, taught by Sally Reeves Conway.
Summer Solstice June 20, 2012
This week we mark first the new moon June 19th, then summer solstice June 20th. Longest day of the year, shortest night.
In Arizona, it really heats up, to prepare the conditions for the switch in weather patterns to bring the welcome monsoon rains starting the 4th of July or so. For me, it marks getting up at 5 AM to walk with my dog, before the heat gets either one of us.
I am using this time to re-group, and imagine without limitations what I would like my days to be filled with, what I want my life to look like in one year.
I can say “I love my life because . . .” and fill in the blanks.
I am grounding this practice by evaluating how much energy I am putting towards that now to make that happen. How does it show up in my life right now, on a scale of 1 to 10?
This brings me awareness of where I am putting my energy. It also shows me what I can incorporate into my life right now so I can have more freedom, and be more of who I really am.
Join me in using this powerful time of year to re-imagine your life and bring it into alignment with Spirit.
Indeed, we can claim our fulfillment, flourishing, in expanding new visions of what can be.
Just be crystal clear about the dream!
