Fresh Local Food This Winter
As the season turns to winter, fresh produce and meats are a little less plentiful. However, they are still available, with a little help and direction.
Be sure to check your Blood Type recommendations for healthful food choices. Most Type O’s can eat grass-fed beef like it is medicine! Both Blood type A’s and type O’s will relish pasture-raised chicken. And most blood types will thrive on the veggies.
Thanks to Sandy Boyce from the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) for some of this information!
