Thanks-giving

cornucopia

The more I am thankful, the more abundance I notice around me.

I experience Gratitude and Love infused in every atom, through every cell, through every plant, animal and human. Therefore, they are contained inside every human heart as well as everything else – do you notice them?

Giving from our hearts feels good and is received by All and reflected back through All to us (since we are part of All.)

Here are some of my favorite ideas of how to give in our community this season.

The Giving Angels

GivingAngelsThe Giving Angels’ mission is to remember low income seniors living independently in the Verde Valley with gifts and hand-written Christmas cards during the holiday season.

You can donate at their website or drop of specified gifts at the locations listed on the website here. They now qualify as Arizona Tax Credit recipients.

Rainbow Acres

rainbowacres1Your gifts to Rainbow Acres help provide a safe and secure home for some of the most vulnerable members of society.

Your generosity also provides for the programs and facilities that support a thriving community where women and men with developmental disabilities are treated with love, compassion, dignity and respect.

Mingus Union High School

MUHSI remember when I was in High School, I participated in several after-school clubs. My whole senior year was made meaningful by being the Yearbook editor. I wish the same for today’s students.

MUHS uses income donated from the Arizona Tax Credit program to fund many clubs, programs, and activities. You’ll find more information, as well as the tax credit donation form on their website.

Your tax credit money goes to support your choice of the following programs at MUHS:

without You being You
being All
All would not be infinite
without You here & now

All would not be all-knowing
without you knowing you
here & now

All would not be powerful
without you reflecting back
