Problem is that what we do and think throughout the day can imbalance our health. When we remove those obstacles to health we allow the body to balance itself, and in so doing, relieve backaches.
I demonstrate an exercise from Paula Garbourg which just may relieve your back pain.
It depends on the cause. Most of us are imbalanced because we use one side of our body more than the other, causing it to hold tension. This exercise will release tension on the dominant side of your body so that your body can balance, relieving pain as you release tension from your tissues.
