COURSE OUTLINE
Week 1: Just Watch
We learn to watch the mind because otherwise we are hypnotized by it and subject to its whims. We go into more detail daily and warn of the pitfalls as well as encourage you to keep it light and simple.
Week 2: Again & again
Making a habit out of watching the mind makes it easier and easier to experience peace. We play with triggers to choose to watch the mind so that we remember more and more.
Week 3: Let Them Go
We find peace in letting the thoughts and feelings flow through the mind like clouds floating through the sky and focusing on the peace of the sky.
Week 4: Who are you?
We now go deeper and catch the thoughts that you have believed are “you.” This gives us the freedom to recognize who we are beneath all the thoughts and sensations and recognize and experience the peace that has always been here.
