My Mentor Dr. Mindy Pelz is an expert on customizing a lifestyle for women that includes what to eat and when not to eat.

Her book “Fast Like a Girl”, a best seller, shows women how we can adopt a lifestyle that is in synch with our hormone cycle, even during perimenopause and menopause.

We can actually balance our hormones through our lifestyle. This results in more sustainable health in which we are empowered to know our bodies’ rhythms and how to respond to them to build health.

Getting familiar with our hormones goes a long way to understanding our natural urges and behaviors. By paying attention to how we feel – our symptoms – we can customize our eating, moving, working, to sometimes not eating, gentle movement, and less work.

Everything we do throughout the day can support the production and use of hormones within our bodies. The result is stable moods, sound sleep, regular menstrual cycles and a sharp, strong and wise body after menopause.

As a Fast Like a Girl Certified Coach, I know the wealth of information Dr. Mindy has to offer. I am sharing these interviews because she covers a lot in enough depth to introduce you to the idea of using your lifestyle to heal through following how Nature built you to work.

These interviews are long, so watch what you can, note where you leave off, and come back later. I had to do that. It is totally worth it to watch both these interviews to the end.
