This month’s lunar eclipse follows the solar eclipse two weeks ago on February 17th which was seen mostly in the southern hemisphere.

If you are awake from about 4 to 5 am, Arizona time, on Tuesday March 3rd, you may be able to see it.

But don’t lose sleep over it, you will be feeling the effects of it whether you see it or not.

Look up

. . . if you happen to be awake about 3:30 am on Tuesday morning.

This is what you may be able to see over time: (PS IF you visit Spaceweather.com today, you can click to see the map in other time zones.)

The redness of the moon comes from the light rays reflecting into the shadow of sunrise and sunset where ever it is going on in our world, according to SpaceWeather.com.

And there is more to it than that!

Eclipsing your inner rhythms

This is a time to take special care, with gentleness and kindness in your lifestyle as the outer rhythm of the earth, moon and sun is unusual.

You may want to rest your body more, rest your mind, and rest your digestion.

Attend to your sleep hygiene, winding down at night to prepare for sleep. Cut items out of your schedule. Take it easy.

Notice where you can be kinder and gentler to yourself and those around you. Give a break to an overactive mind.

You may even want to eat less and eat lighter foods during this time.

It is also a time to release what is no longer needed. If you ask yourself what is no longer needed, you may get insights what to release and perhaps go through actions, symbolic or literal, to release it.

Attend to your Health

What are you living today that you are grateful for? You may want to write it down; journaling is powerful.

Pause and consider how what you are doing is helping your Future Self.

Further consider if there is room for improvement.

You may want to go through the series of questions in my blog Your Future Self Thanks You.

Once you identify how you may want to improve, be gentle and start with one step.
