Come one, come all to the Verde Valley Fairgrounds on Saturday, November 7th for our Wellness Festival!
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome.
Come meet local wellness professionals, including me, explore health resources, enjoy demonstrations and
giveaways, and participate in family-friendly fun.
There will be food vendors on site, and a roster of speakers during the day.
I will be speaking at 12:30 PM on Ageless Vitality – without needles, knives, or needless pills in a corner of the exhibition hall.
At that time, you can learn how you can create and maintain more vitality no matter your age with simple lifestyle tweaks which become medicine.
Speakers begin at 11:30 AM and go throughout the day.
Choose who you wish to listen to and visit practitioners in the hall in between.
The grand finale is a Sound Bath with Sharon Wittman, so be sure to stay until the end!
You also have the opportunity to enter for raffle prizes and perhaps get a sample treatment.
Join the kids outside for family-friendly fun including face painting and a bubble machine.
This is intended to be the first annual Wellness Festival in the Verde Valley, so come and make it a success!
