What could be my greatest addiction?

That is, besides getting a great deal, Snoopy, and hula?

It actually is listening to the chatter in my mind and identifying with thoughts, letting them lead my life.

The Thinking Addiction

A lot of suffering is caused by our addiction to thinking.

Memories, doubts, fears, worry and anxiety are simply all in the mind. When we identify with these thoughts, we are subject to them.

Instead, we can watch these thoughts.

Yes, watch them come and let them pass as something separate from us.

By recognizing our habitual thinking patterns, we begin to recognize we are not our thoughts. When we begin to simply just watch these thoughts, they have no effect on us.

What happens when you don’t listen to the chatter in your mind?

Let’s see on this video:

What happens when you don’t listen to the chatter?

What happens when you discern those voices that are distracting?

What is possible?
