As Paramananda shows, letting go of your story is key. But you cannot let go of your story unless you see and hear that you are telling it. 

That starts with watching your mind and the thoughts and feelings that flow through your awareness. Those thoughts and feelings create your story. It has become familiar because you have told it so many times that you believe that is how things are.

What would your life be without that story? 

Is there some measure of peace beyond the story? What would it take to give up the story and experience that peace.
