What restores energy more sustainably than an energy drink?

What reduces fatigue 30% in as fast as 3 days?

What has been proven to work in thousands of people?

Simply . . . going to bed for the night!

The details:

Well, you need to know the specifics for this intervention to gain more energy.

  • 3 days in a row
  • 12 hours in bed at night
  • 0 lights, keep them off, totally dark

Choose a 3-day stretch in which you can lay in bed for 12 hours a night. It might be a long weekend. You might start tonight.

The length of time in bed ideally is 12 hours. If you need to get up in 10 or 11 hours, it could work, but not as well as 12 hours.

Those hours in bed need to be in total darkness. Use blackout curtains. Don’t turn on the lights until your time is up.

Acorn Clinic Results

Paul Bergner, founder of the Acorn School of Herbal Medicine, reported that he has worked with thousands of people who have benefitted from these kinds of interventions.

These are the scores from surveys. Notice how fatigue dropped after a few nights of laying in bed for that extent of time. Notice how energy increased.

Your Turn

You give it a go.

What you think you cannot do, you must do. That is, if you want things to change.

If you have a chronic health condition, consider doing this for more than 3 nights. Do it for a week. Do it for a month.

Let the Healing Power of Nature work its magic while you rest and sleep.

Then, see what is left.
