Chinese New Year begins in 2025 on Tuesday, February 17th. It is the year of the Fire Horse.
What does this mean for you?

Last year was inward directed, with twists and turns, having to continually find a new flow. Now we are at a turning point.
This year of the Fire Horse is the opposite, being outwardly directed with potentially volatile energy.
Everything that was stagnant now is moving, burning away what is no longer needed, such as false identities, toxic attachments and outdated patterns from the past.

This can mean passion, fast-paced emotions, high energy and enthusiasm!
We are feeling motivated and ready to take action.
There is a desire for freedom, independence, and autonomy.
With double fire, we celebrate fast action, resilience and joy.
This applies to both the seen and unseen world, so be sure to honor the spiritual aspects as well.
It can also lead to impatience and volatility, so be mindful and attend to self-care.
Being conscious of the fire energy
In this time of intense transformative and potentially volatile change, balance intense ambition with deliberate patience.
Don’t get bogged down by daily life; this demands outward directed action on a big scale.
Any restlessness can be balanced with strength, grace, and adaptability. The fire energy gives the ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
Pay attention to heath in this seasonal transition, as you may notice Increased discomfort.
This can be from unfinished business which you must attend to. There can be last ditch efforts to let go of old patterns and shed what no longer serves you, so do it! Let old habits drop away and form new ones.
Be conscious of the intense fire energy because things can explode and burn up.
Sun Energy
With this sun energy, we turn outward, and visibility is demanded of all of us. The courageous creative version of ourselves and our work is called for.
This means you cannot escape your calling! It is exposed by the light of the sun.
When the sun is at its brightest, the shadow is its darkest. Don’t get spooked by the shadows!
The sun exposes everything that has been hidden, what you have been avoiding, and you must face it as it will reveal what will be transformed.
The sun energy demands that you place your authentic self out there and you can no longer play small.
Let your horse run free
When a horse starts to run it is hard to stop it.
Once you start taking action, repeated committed action, the momentum builds rapidly and the world begins to move with you,
and it moves fast!
Repeated actions, when you show up day after day, awakens your life force! Through embodied action, you become the master of your own energy.
You embody this life force energy, the activation force which transforms potential into manifestation,
The concentrated force of your actions transforms everything in your path. You become unstoppable!

In this wild volatile year with unstoppable transformation, we are tasked to stay In balance.
The volatility involves creative disruption, in which things are broken down before they can be rebuilt. New ideas will sweep away outdated methods,
Balance requires a daily awareness practice.
It also involves responding to gentle guidance, both inner or outer and walking side by side others in collaboration.
